About Us
The NIPS Project supports Albania’s negotiations with the European Union in regard to Chapter 27 of the acquis.
The technical assistance supports the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy and the National Agency of Water Supply, Sewerage and Waste Infrastructure (AKUM) to develop key strategic documents for the water sector, and to increase their capability to implement investment policy in the water sector.

Workshop & Seminars
NIPS Online Training
The curriculum of the training programme is grouped under the three following main topics:
- Tools and Techniques (five courses)
- Strategic Planning (four courses)
- Institutional Embedding (five courses)
The training puts a great emphasis on developing skills in trategic planning and programme management, including effective teamwork and the right working culture needed to embed such skills into the insititution/organisiation and make them truly sustainable.
